It’s hard to tell what this Jets outfit will look like with Rodgers at the helm, but they should definitely be improved from when Zach Wilson was playing. They managed to win seven games last year despite their issues at quarterback, thanks in part to an elite defence led by Defensive Rookie of the Year Sauce Gardener and some quality young offensive talent, including Offensive Rookie of the Year Garrett Wilson. If Rodgers can produce anything close to his 2020 and 2021 form this year they will certainly do a lot better than that. 

The Bills and Allen had a lot of issues with turnovers last year, but if they can clean that up they should return to being one of the best offenses in the league. Allen’s chemistry with Stefon Diggs is unrivalled and on their day they are unplayable. Their defence is filled with talent, particularly their secondary and are extremely well-coached under Sean McDermott.

With all the hype surrounding this Jets team, from Rodgers and Dalvin Cook’s introduction to the side, the Hard Knocks episodes and their exciting young talent, the temptation may be to back them from the get-go. However, the Bills are an exceptionally talented team with very little turnover from last year’s side. Rodgers was poor for the Packers last year and it should take him some time to settle into the side.
