Friday November 15th 21:23 – Nottingham – Trap 1 – “Sweet Whisper” 2/1.

Sweet Whisper is the dog that takes position here as the Friday Evening NAP and with good reason, she has dropped back down into A3 Grade after a couple of runs out the field in A2 but comes here looking the dog with the class edge to offer. She is a bit of a double threat possessing early pace whilst having the ability to stay this 500 meter trip strong and if we can get out of the boxes well this should setup for a really nice run here. The main marker danger comes in the form of Trap 6 Skywalker Isak, this dog himself has lots of strong back form and in the grade of A3 also has a bit of class, I don’t expect this to be totally straightforward for the NAP but we possess all the attributes needed to run extremely well here.

Saturday November 16th 16:41 – Newcastle – Trap 6 – “My Own Theory” 6/4.

We’re giving away as much as 17 meters in this handicap here and I make it a race between 6 & 4, unlike me I have gone for the shorter price of the two runners in a rare turn of events. This dog again holds a serious class edge over his rivals and he is the dog in form in this race right now. He ran a great race in second at the track just last week and today with more room to maneuver and work his way through the pack I think we can see a better performance. As always, just as a dog is a shorter price doesn’t mean your stakes should rise with it, gamble responsibly and keep it fun!

Sunday November 17th 19:33 – Crayford – Trap 5 – “Bangon The Clock” 7/4.

This dog was an expensive recruit from Ireland where he was flying round Shelbourne Park earlier this year. For the first time since arriving I thought we really seen all the cogs in the wheel turning last time out and the dog proved he has what it takes to be a top open class greyhound. He meets a tough opponent here in Slick Sabo out of the red box who will be looking to show early pace up the inside and unsettle our charge into the first bend but I am confident we have enough trackcraft to work our way around him on the outside and power past him to win in the final 100 meters.
