When Van Dijk is at his best he is the best in the business, his strength and pace combined with his ability to read the game is amazing and he is utterly dominant in the air. However, when he is off his game he can be very poor. Often not picking up men or refusing to engage with the play. Dutch manager Ronald Koeman will need Van Dijk at his best if they are to come away from this tournament as winners. Cody Gakpo
